Fadeva also have a Pet Division that serves the market for PET preforms and containers for water, juice, carbonated soft drinks, edible oil, household cleaners, etc.
Problem Statement
Fadeva had a serious problem with their internal services, users needed 12 minutes to authenticate in their computers, couldn't access their files even when they have permissions on the file servers, couldn't use VPN services and regularely all the information services halt causing huge monetary cost for the imposibility of operating correctly.
My Rol at Fadeva
Acting as a Subject Matter Expert I was responsible for the Infrastructure service design and implementation in order to stabilize the service, provide high-speed recovery capabilities, Service Backup and Restore and enhance the systems in order to enable new technological upgrades.
